RE: 5u4 choke input question

I'd suggest using PSUD2 to confirm correct operation (choke current always above zero) for the required output voltage and current range when all the circuit parameters are included (effective transformer resistance, and choke inductance and resistance, etc). So you need to define the transformer, and the load range, given the LL1673 and a 60 ohm series resistance, and assuming 10H no matter what DC current or AC voltage (inductance variation is not characterised in datasheet which is a bit poor).
