RE: ARC VT200 reading less at the 425 vdc lines

When a 2.5kVA transformer is loaded with much less than 2.5kVA, the output voltage will creep up. This isn't surprising.

What is surprising is that the raw unregulated B+ in your amp wasn't higher than specified, since you should have more than 120V going into the amp.
