Not as it appears on the surface, I just checked. I think though you might be onto something. This afternoon I will have to recheck the wiring from the terminal strips I used on the breadboard to the tube sockets. It goes underneath the top plate and can't be seen from the top. A reversed wire to one of the sockets seems the most likely suspect at the moment.
