Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

Can one mount a power transformer in any degree position 0 90 180 270? I have a small power supply from an Akai M8 tape player (out of unit) and I want to flip it 180 degrees so when mounted the wires will be under the new chassis. On the opposite side of the transformer housing are some pots from the heater circuit that I would relocate as all external wires from the transformer are soldered to posts on one face of the power supply. thanks in advance.
