Wow, that's a really hot tube - 25,000 umhos! I don't build audio gear with hyper-excitable tubes like that, but I do have some experience in this arena. My suggestion is to attach a 1K carbon comp right at each grid pin, then tie the other end of all the resistors together with connections as short as possible. I'm not sure that will be enough to completely tame it, but you'll have a head start. Neutralization was invented for tubes like these! :)
