Tube DIY Asylum

Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

From time to time I listen to this prototype of five years ago (mostly made of surplus components).
I learned a lot during the tweaking.
It is deadly silent and with very low distortion (prevalent third harmonic) but as I prefer designs with prevalent second harmonic I didn't give it a second bite.
The tubes are 12AT7 and 829B.
