Question about D3a transformer circuit

My friend has forwarded a D3a transformer coupled circuit to me and I have few questions would like to ask.

Assume the grid stopper is remained the same at 1K, and the B+ voltage is 180v instead of 160v, the cathode resistor is raised to 110 ohm, and the load impedance of line output transformer is 10K rather than 20K.

Do you think the current capability of the line out transformer is necessary to handle 20mA?
