Here's the schematic. The Salas shunt regs SSHV2, the Rod Coleman CCS boards for filament biasing as well as the Lundahl line-out transformers, can all be obtained from K&K AudiO.

PS. TK, having previously stated your aversion to incorporating SS devices within tube circuits, this pre is probably not for you, but the above info might be of use to others.
