Most switching supplies output a lot of garbage, and it appears on both the input and output(s). Manufacturer specs can't be trusted in this regard. You need to make the measurement yourself. As for relative noise, standard single-diode bias supplies are usually very clean due to the ease of filtering 60 Hz at such an extremely small current draw. Using two diodes (or a bridge) can reduce it even further, but that's seldom necessary.
