All (decent) push-pull transformers have separate windings; in fact there are usually many different "chunks" of winding for each side, with a similar number of secondary chunks interleaved among them. They are interconnected to produce a contiguous current path, but the appearance of a single "coil" on the schematic greatly disguises the internal complexity. See RDH4 (Radiotron Designer's Handbook revision 4, a.k.a.The Red Book).
