It's worth pointing out that one can't simply add output transformers in order to parallel additional tubes for more power. If identical transformers are used, extracting twice the output power will also require that the load impedance be reduced to 1/2 the previous value. In the case of the Bogens, the 16 ohm tap of the transformer in the M100A became an 8 ohm tap in the M200A. This raises the issue of which tap to use for 8 ohms if only one transformer is wired per channel. The 6 ohm tap might work pretty well with a quad of 6L6s in terms of power. It would be a good idea to sweep the transformer on that tap - or whichever tap(s) are intended to be used - to check frequency response before committing to the build.
