Usually inductance is quoted at a given load, with the caveat...

"higher inductance at lower current." The discussion rarely centers around high amperage commercial voltage distribution equipment. A choke rated at 500ma and used at 100ma still works pretty well.

You really don't believe that getting 5 henries of inductance at 200ma with 20 DCR will perform better than 5 henries of inductance at 200ma at 200 DCR? With the chokes actually measured rather than just going by what is printed on the outside.
