RE: parallel cathode bias resistors: "ghosting" effect

Moving a part's "ground" end to different locations on a ground bus can have a real effect, since the current flow along the bus gives voltage differences between two different locations. Current is local, but voltage is always a difference.
(At work, I have replaced the term "ground" with "g-word" to remind co-workers to be careful about what they mean.)
