Easy to measure. Just short the primary leads together. Then put your LCR meter on the secondary.The Loc and Lsc are related by the coefficient of coupling k. That's "open circuit" and "closed circuit" inductance. Can't remember the equiation off the top of my head but there's a square root in it.
As Ryder said, it's simply the equivalent inductance in series with a perfect transformer.
