I bought his driver upgrade board and quad cap upgrade. In response to your earlier post, we are entitled to our opinions, and I respect that. While I do feel I probably was too harsh in my first post, I don't think I was totally off base. If I had wanted to DIY on my own, with zero help, I would have bought the individual parts myself, but I didn't. I bought a bundle of products and services, which included technical support. When I received my order there was a letter in which Curcio said that he was always available to help even on weekends and holidays. Thus, I expected that he would respond fairly quickly, at least within a week. However, as mentioned in my apology I think I came off harsher than I meant to. Curcio could have been extremely busy, and therefore I should give him the benefit of the doubt.
