Hi again,

I was not trying to bash anyone, just share my experience. I feel I made plenty effort to contact Curcio, and I worked for days on my own trying to fix the problem. I must admit the product is good and the directions were pretty straight forward, but that wasn't the issue. I never posted on his forum because I was frustrated by his lack of response and decided to go elsewhere. If I offended someone I am sorry, it was not my intention to bash or start a controversy, only to share my experience and thank the person who helped me.
