Hi,JBL D123 project, an MLTL with 2405s layed in above, is on hold for a while. I have all the 1 inch Baltic Birch needed to do the job. No extra time.
The new Eico HF-81 implementation truly gave NEW meaning to my Norelco 9710Ms, Scott. I have one little L value to tweek over the next month or so. My modded HF-81 is better than I imagined it could be, very respectable.
I am just not going to do a separate screen supply, 'want it all in one stock-looking chassis. But I have an idea on a L/C/L/C/R/C implementation to try, rather than my present L/C/R/C. It theoretically should help ripple on output stage's B+, and.... benefit the G2 supply also. Needs to be tried and carefully evaluated, in the distant future.
Frankly, I don't like the idea of a low pass filter Scott, in an amp.
