If your using the KR type,360 to 370v is optimal for best sound..Even the GEC type that can take a high plate voltage sounds best at 360 to 380v also..The px25 is much like a cx50 with a different filament voltage.It reminds me of a pair of 45s mashed into one tube or a 2a3 mono plate with about 50% more plate structure.Good luck on your amp as Im sure its very nice.
