I purchased off eBay a Tek 475 similar to this for $325. (I have no relationship to this seller, just searched for an example I could post.)

Mine is in excellent condition and had been recently calibrated. I think one needs at least a 100-200MHz bandwidth scope (like Tek 365 or 475, 2236, etc) to adequietly troubleshoot and verify amp/linestage performace.... lot's of pesky HF oscillations crop up where you least expect them ....
