Big transformer with multiple secondaries

I have a big old tektronics transformer salvaged from a scope. it has lots of relatively low voltage secondaries at high current ( 1/2 to 1 amp )100-150v
Can I string multiple secondaries as long as I watch polarity to produce 1 high volt secondary or is this likely to be safety problem with insulation??
