From my (limited) experience your typical 375-0-375 from a commercial source will likely show between 125 and 200 ohms end to end for the B+. A great big Hammond organ PT (similar voltages) might be under 100 ohms, maybe as low as 60 or 70. To get one down in the 10-20 ohms range you're going to need a 20lb monster.
