with twisted pair, does the other wire have to be ground always?I am asking because I have a motor-run capacitor I have mounted on top of the chassis. The pcb is mounted on the bottom. This capacitor is an output cap for a tubed headphone amp.
I am wondering if twisting the 2 cables running down the height of the chassis is a good idea. both cables are of course carrying signal.
the question may sound stupid but I've only used twisted pairs when the other wire is a ground/negative.
thank you.
