Vinnie,You know what a full wave bridge (4 diodes) rectifier looks like. All I suggested was a bridge with SS diodes forming the connections to ground and vacuum diodes forming the connections to B+.
Hybrid bridge rectifiers are slick. You don't have to deal with 2X the voltage drop and the vacuum diode pair block SS diode switching noise from getting into the B+ rail. :~) The reason for using 3 UF4007s in series to ground at each end of the rectifier winding is to ensure that voltage handling capability is not exceeded.
