As an avid short-seller of many stock markets - over past decades, I am not EVER afraid to go against conventional wisdom.

Seems like you are quoting other people herein and not talking from your direct experience.

Here is the scivvy.

Thin gauge solid wire produces lovely TONE, which some listeners fall in love with, but it MISSES out on being wide band and DYNAMIC.

Properly implemented Litz type wiring ( its expensive ) will have more of music's dynamics and bandwidth, that all thin solid wire misses.

I personally would prefer the Litz type wiring as it is actually closer to the original musical event, rather than just being a subtractive "tone generator".

YMMV, but thats the choice one makes Ray !!

P.S. Off Topic, but timely FYI: IMHO.... The ENTIRE USA Stock Market is a big big BIG short-sale right now !! so be forewarned, ALL of one's mutual funds and stocks should be sold off without delay,"at the market".
