confused by this schematic

Hi,
I'm thinking of putting together a 6bq5 amp and I ran across this schematic. I'm probably looking at it wrong but it doesn't quite make sense to me. Both triodes of a 12AX7 share a 100 ohm resistor on their cathodes but I can't see where it is connected to ground. Could someone explain how this setup works? Thanks!
