Digi-Key stocks test-probe wire with 5000 V insulation in #18 AWG stranded, in several colors, made by Daburn. The insulation is not particularly high-temperature, but the wire is very flexible. I use it to make my banana test leads for breadboarding, using EF Johnson solderless stacking banana plurs.
