I recently purchased a xicon axial electrolytic cap (220 uf, 160 v) and I'm not sure how to figure out the orientation. Usually there is a black strip running the length of the cap with arrow heads in it pointing toward the negative end, but this cap just has a black strip with "-" signs in it but no arrows. I've tried adding a picture of a similar cap that I saw on ebay. I'm thinking the negative end is on the right hand side as you're reading the xicon label. I just want to make sure I get it into the circuit in the correct orientation as to avoid a potential explosion. Thanks.Bill
