Home Tube DIY Asylum

Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

Some alternatives

If you aren't interested in building it yourself, I'll acquire it, assemble it (repalcing old/dried/leaky caps as needed), and deliver it to you for $500.

Or maybe a pair of used original Bottlehead Paramours configured as a stereo unit with added input selector and volume control.

Or maybe a scratch built push-pul el84 integrated amp (with no tone controls).

The visual aesthetics on these are not outstanding, but the sound is (in the price range). And the only warantee would be a promise from as stranger (me) to fix any failures originating within the equipment. This is simply my hobby, but my wife won't let me keep filling the house with more completed projects.
