Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

It isn't about clip leads Dave .

Dave,

Nahh, no sir, I carefully went back AND forth, both adding AND removing clip leads, and my methodology was honest.

But when I got rid of even one clip lead on my bundle of 3,4,5,or 6 wires, and had TCSS ALONE soldered, it was far better, purer sounding. The paralleled clip leads just pointed out the need for "mo' wire needed", but the quality, with just ONE clip lead in as part of any bunch, was compromised Dave, sorry.

Hey the point isn't if clip leads are acceptable, ( they ARE NOT at all, to me from what I just heard ), but the real topic is the need for perhaps 10 A. internal wiring , in "critical" audio paths, drawing 1 mA quiescent, to capture the MOST musical information, without degrade in instantaneous peak audio playback dynamics !!!. Thats the big news here Dave.

Respectfully,

Jeff Medwin
