I don't know what equation you would use for this, I just go by manufacturers' data sheets. Operating in UL Class AB1 PP, you will probably get minimum cathode current (plate + screen) of ~50mA per tube at no signal, depending on where you set your bias point, rising to ~140mA per tube.
