Hi.Maybe my multi-meter does not read accurately enough, I seldom find it reads exactly the same value as stipulated on the cap under test.
Like I lately measured two 475nF25V tantalum caps of same make, one read +5% & one read +2.3%. Still within manufacturer's tolerance, I think.
