Hi,I was just reading an old post discussing that incoming AC neutral and ground should never have a fuse or a switch on them.
I must confess, I don't know how to determine the difference between neutral and hot.
Could someone please explain?
I assume this could be done with a VOM. If so, please be specific about explaining which lead to hook up where, etc.
