Try to replace pinch roller anyway. I did have the same problem with one 2060, it was bad roller, although old one looked fine. With the new one, everything was O.K.
Otherwise, this machine have a simple transport, there is not much what can go wrong.
Check the motor itself for some excessive noise or vibrations and measure if there is some fluctuation on DC supply for motor.
If there is problem with motor, bad bearings, just disassemble it, clean and lubricate.
Of course, if you did not damage the on-board motor electronics, DC stabilization and pitch control..Regards
