If these are 15 or 30 IPS "Master Tapes" it would be "Dolby A" not the consumer Dolby B.

So you would need a Professional Dolby A decoder.

Curious why are you digitizing Master tapes? Why not just listen to the master tapes. Even DSD or 192kHz DVD-Audio encoding software would not even come close to capturing all the resolution on a 15 or 30 IPS master tape.

I would enjoy the master tape in all its glory!
