Hi there.Most decks have a speed adjustment trimpot either on the motor (look for a small hole in the motor casing just big enough to fit a jeweler's screwdriver into) or on the circuit board. If it's on the circuit board, look for some indication like "speed", "pitch", etc. etched onto the circuit board next to it. You'll have to adjust it while it's playing, so be careful you stay away from the power supply & don't get buzzed.
I've had to adjust several decks this way & it's a piece of cake once you find the trimpot.
