Not a cause for worry until it breaks down.
Having a vintage piece of electronics that's so "rare" isn't a good thing, in my opinion. If I spent several hundred bucks on a deck of that vintage, I'd be very concerned about parts availability. You can still get parts for most Naks, I think. TASCAM also still fully supports parts for the 122 decks.
Nice machine, but at the price it'll go for, I'd pass.
