Kenwood kx-2060 vs. Nak CR2a?

I have been using a Nak CR2a for some time now. I just received a Kenwood KX 2060 3 head deck that looks great but plays very slow. I'll check the belts and pinch rollers but I was wondering how this deck would compare with the Nak? Is it worth the effort to fix the Kenwood up or would the Nak still be the better deck? I know the CR2a is not one their best decks but it's still pretty nice sounding!
