Home Tape Trail

Reel to reel, cassette and other analogue tape formats.

It is possible they or the printer left off the Dolby logo.

I have trusted the presence or absence of the Dolby logo to determine the type of noise reduction and if any at all was applied. You know this makes things more complicated?

I tried two Columbia NON-Dolby tapes and they sounded bad with the Dolby on, and excellent with it off. But the next overly bright NON-Dolby cassette I play I will try it with the Dolby on to see it they forgot to print the logo.
