I asked because I have done it too, first for mixes, then because I started to think the music sounds better. I know us anologue advocates are a bit neurotic, so I wondered if it was just me and if not-why?I often feel CD's are harsh (is that the same as "cold") though some newer ones are less so. Even SACD has some of this same harshness, as I call it
