Are those bulbs for lighting the meters from the inside?if so and I had your problem, I would measure with a multimeter, the voltage and resistence (when active) of a healthy lamp (if there's one, of course) to better know what lamp to buy. I would then go to my electronics store and would buy one, or two, and would try them. You can add a resistence to decrease the light it emmits.
