Great News. However, for long term I think it is better to replace both pinch rollers. That should solve the problem completely.After the pinch rollers have been cleaned, I am not sure whether the diameter of the rollers remain the same and if it is smaller than they use to be, then the roller's tension might need to be re-adjusted.
SoundSmith suppose to have replacement rollers for TANDBERG but the cost can be quite high.
