Tascam 34 speed conversion - possible?

Hi, :)

I have a Tascam 34 which I picked up for a ridiculous price, and which works beautifully.

It is, of course a 7.5 / 15 ips machine, and I was wondering if it can be modified in some way to play 3.75 ips tapes, of which I have dozens I would like to put on CD.

The original 3.75 ips recorder is no longer available, unfortunately, and I don't want to have to buy another one.

Anybody know if this can be done?
