RE: How to clean Chassis/Components ?

I've carefully used Formula 409 too, as well as isopropyl alcohol. Oddly, it too was on an SX-1250. The pots and switches I'm still cleaning. By the way, three of the lamps were out, and I couldn't find replacements so I replaced them with orange LEDs and resistors. The Stereo light worked on a much higher voltage, and required a different resistor. The LEDs are working well so far. I'm glad they used DC for the lights.

I tried using a toothbrush, but it tasted terrible afterwards.
