"Inmate Systems" Updates Getting Lost............

I've posted updates to several of my "Inmate Systems" over the past year, but I've noticed that aside from the Main System, "obsolete" gear have re-appeared in my other systems...... (I totally re-did the "Cheep" system, but the whole thing got lost. I may have posted it as a new system, but don't remember. But I do remember posting it. The updates to the "Hundred DB Club" system were lost as well.) Did the updates get lost? Just curious.....
I only ask because I spend quite some time updating the systems... If the updates get lost, it discourages me from doing updates in the future. Under the prospect of the updates getting lost again.
(I'd like people to know what I currently have, but it's not the end of the world if they don't............. )
