Google I think. After a delay of several seconds loading a page, I noticed in the activity bar that pagead2.google.whatever was loading (URL is from memory). I then got a pop-up notice that a script (there was something in there about a movie) was making Flash run more slowly than usual. I selected to end the script, then the page loaded immediately.

So probably there's a particular animated ad that's clogging things up.
