I have had three different responses from the site when I attempt the upload:

First, the most common is to start loading, then the loading totally stalls no matter how long I leave it.

Second, I receive an error 420 message.

Finally, I occasionally receive the following comment, even though I did not click the upload link twice:

No file to upload.
Oops, did you send the same file twice?
