Uploading problems with pictures to Inmate Gallery

Is anyone else having problems uploading images to your image gallery?? I am doing nothing different than before while trying to upload .jpg images. My total image space is about 1MB out of the 10MB maximum allowed. I also tried to reduce the memory size of my latest image to see if that were the problem, and my latest image was way below the maximum memory size for each picture. Help. Thanks, Bill.
