We try. We've got a number of filters in place to recognize spam and filter out 100s a day. The new code stream will also add a human verification scheme for unregistered users.
Nothing will be perfect. The best thing is to ping us with a Comment from the spam message so that we can delete it and take action to ban the user and the links in the message.
