The Confirmation Code you sent me does not work?

Is there a time limitation on using the Confirmation Code that you send to us? I tried to register, a couple of times, and didn't realize that AOL was putting your response into the Spam folder. When I figured that out, and tried to use the Confirmation Code, it is being rejected. The code was sent to me several days ago.
Do I need a new code, or is there some other problem?
