Problem changing my e-mail address

I've moved and need to change my e-mail address, and when going through the process I'm running into a problem. As part of the process, the Asylum system is apparently supposed to e-mail me a confirmation number. I've gone through it over a dozen times now, but the e-mail doesn't show up at my new address. My new e-mail address seems to be working fine otherwise, so I suspect the problem may be in the Asylum e-mailer system.
Any suggestions?
